With experience in several multinational companies in India and abroad a career spanning of +30 years in Food and Pharmaceutical (Production, Quality Assurance, Laboratory) she brings to the industry the best practices in terms of Food Safety, Hygiene, Regulations, Documentation, Analytical requirements.

A qualified Trainer, IRCA approved certified Food Safety and QMS Auditor and Sr. Assessor for CII Food safety awards in India she has assessed (audited) several food establishments in India, Africa, South East Asia.

Co Founder and Principal Consultant at AnnaBrahma Consultancy Services is a Food Science professional with her academic training in Quality Assurance and Food Analysis from the Defence Food Research Laboratory, DRDO, Mysore and is also an alumni of Mysore University. She has worked as a Scientist-QHF at CSIR-Central Food Technological Research Institute.

Dr.Deepa offers a wide spectrum understanding of quality assurance, Food Safety, Farm Gate Food Processing, Food Technology solutions and innovations for industry.

Dr K Akhilender Naidu

Dr K Akhilender Naidu, Prinicpal Consultant at AnnaBrahma Consultancy Services is a retired Chief Scientist from CSIR-Central Food Technological Research Institute, Mysore. 

He has 32 years of experience in Research & Development activities related to Food safety, Food toxicology, Phyto chemistry, Spice biochemistry, Lipid science and technology and Cancer biology. 

He has experience in Food analysis, product development and safety aspects of food products. He has published more than 85 peer reviewed publications in International journals with  citations over 3750.  

Dr. Naidu is familiar with ISO 17025 and NABL accreditation in Food analysis laboratory.
